The performance that changes everything
Stabilization time, along with a lighter arm and optimized arm structure, make HSR robots more efficient than previous models, allowing them to speed up faster, run continuously at rated maximum speed and stop more accurately. . The standard cycle time (weighing 2 kg) is from 0.28 to 0.31 sec. and the repeatability is from ± 0.01 to ± 0.012 mm. Maximum payload capacity is 8 kg, with available ranges of 480, 550 and 650 mm. Applications include high-speed pick-up and high precision assembly processes as well as packaging processes in the food, medical device, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
