HSR - Denso Robotics 4 Axis Robot - Bresimar Automação

HSR Series - 4 axis robot by Denso Robotics

The HSR Series uses advanced vibration control, a newly designed, lightweight, highly rigid arm and improved heat dissipation in the base unit to achieve new levels of high speed performance and repeatability.

• Maximum payload 8kg

• Range 480-650mm

• Cycle time 0.28 - 0.31 sec

• Repeatability ± 0.010 / ± 0.012 mm

The performance that changes everything

Stabilization time, along with a lighter arm and optimized arm structure, make HSR robots more efficient than previous models, allowing them to speed up faster, run continuously at rated maximum speed and stop more accurately. . The standard cycle time (weighing 2 kg) is from 0.28 to 0.31 sec. and the repeatability is from ± 0.01 to ± 0.012 mm. Maximum payload capacity is 8 kg, with available ranges of 480, 550 and 650 mm. Applications include high-speed pick-up and high precision assembly processes as well as packaging processes in the food, medical device, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

High speed motion

Optimized acceleration and motion profiles;

Improved high-speed movement results in more cycles per minute (CPM) and therefore higher productivity;

Continuous motion

Performs a continuous and uninterrupted movement;

Improved heat dissipation in the base unit allows the robot to run continuously at its highest rated speed, a requirement in today's demanding processes;

Vibration control

Vibration control technique for suppressing vibrations;

The robot quickly suppresses vibrations by actively reflecting arm state for controller vibration control. Vibrations that occur during high speed transfers, as well as residual vibrations, are suppressed, reducing cycle times;

Lightweight, newly designed and highly rigid arm;

The combination of high rigidity and lightness in its components allows the robot to operate with a payload of up to 8 kg and at the same time achieve high operating speeds;

Flexible mounting configuration

HSR is available on floor and ceiling mounting models;

Optimized Layout

The optimized arm design allows the robot to achieve continuous high speed movement;

A large capacity motor integrated into the base unit, optimized design and reduced arm weight are all factors that allow the robot to achieve continuous high speed performance;
